About Me

I didn't start in real estate.

For almost ten years I worked in the events and entertainment industry. I started as crew, worked my way up, then eventually ran my own company.

Do I need to leave my current agency?

I’ve tried posting before and got zero results. Why would this be different?

Most agents post and then wait for calls to come in the next week. That's not how this works. The Presence System is about staying in people's minds over months — so when they or someone they know is ready to move, your name comes up first.

I’m not comfortable on camera. Will that be a problem?

That's fine. Nobody starts out comfortable. The training covers everything from scratch and your early videos don't need to look professional. The only thing that matters is that you keep going.

I don’t have time to film videos every day. Will this still work?

You don't need to. The system is designed for agents who are already busy — a few posts a week is enough, done the right way
